Are the health calculators free?

Yes. Our Health Tools Hub includes the Fitness and Weight Loss Suite with 10 free calculators: calories burned, walking calories, pace, one-rep max, body fat, weight loss, weight gain, fasting, steps to calories and macros. You do not need to sign up.

How accurate are the calculators?

They give educational estimates based on standard methods, such as the MET Compendium for calories burned, the Epley formula for one-rep max and the U.S. Navy method for body fat. They cannot replace a check-up, so talk to a healthcare provider about your results.
